Amazing (once I got the mix down:))
I have been in search of the ideal turmeric mix for my tastes and this smells amazing. So warm and cinnamon-ey.
I made the first cup with regular milk, 1/2 a teaspoon of mix and with honey for taste. It was not a winner. I couldn’t manage more than a few sips. Far too strong. Like a water curry lol.
My second attempt was the winner.
Warm oat milk, 1/4 teaspoon of mix and a spoon of honey.
Amazing. The taste wasn’t as overpowering as using 1/2 a spoon lovely, subtle and warming. The oat milk added a creaminess that was missing with regular milk and a lovely base taste.
Definitely worth playing around with and not writing off after the first failure.
I’ll be back for more when the tin is empty - no doubt quicker than I thought it would be. :)
